Registry records can make research questions, populations, interventions, endpoints, and status visible. They are not peer-reviewed result reports, regulatory approval, or product claims.

Reading rule. Always distinguish a study’s registration, recruitment status, completion, posted results, and published interpretation. These are separate facts.
