Methodology / source and disclosure rules

Useful navigation needs visible boundaries.

H2 Wellness Hub uses Hydrogen Wellness Industry for product, channel, quality, and market content. Healthcare is reserved for hospital, clinical-research, and regulatory contexts. We separate research, regulation, testing, and commercial information so readers can see what a source does—and does not—establish.

01
Evidence

Research is mapped, not converted into a sales claim.

We show the source trail, study context, and stated limitations. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or recommend products.

E0–E1

No evaluable evidence / preclinical or mechanistic research

Useful for understanding a hypothesis, not for establishing human outcomes.

Show study type and limits
E2–E3

Early human / controlled clinical evidence

Report the actual study population, intervention, outcomes, size, and limitations. Do not generalize from one clinical setting to general wellness or a consumer device.

Link to publication or registry
E4

Evidence synthesis or guideline-supported context

Even reviews and guidance have defined scope, date, and jurisdiction. The supporting source remains visible.

State scope and source date
Medical notice. This Hub summarizes published and registered information. It is not medical advice and does not establish diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or product efficacy.

中文提示。 本 Hub 整理已发表及已注册的公开信息,不构成医疗建议,也不代表对任何疾病诊断、治疗、预防或产品功效的认定。
02
Directory listings

Selected for traceability, never sold as a ranking.

Phase 1 listings are editor-selected and free. A listing means a resource is relevant enough to navigate to, not that H2 Wellness Hub endorses it.

Verified

Identity, source, scope, and current status are checked.

We use a primary source where possible, or corroborated sources where one issuer record is insufficient.

Under review

Useful lead, incomplete verification.

Issuer identity, current status, scope, or version remains incomplete. It is not displayed as approval.

Archived / disputed

History is retained with a visible qualification.

Historical records can remain useful, but source conflict, regulatory concern, or stale information is labeled rather than hidden.

Commercial disclosure. Future paid or related content must be marked above the article as Sponsored Profile, Sponsored Case Study, Affiliate Link, Partner Content, or Emuqi Product. Commercial partners cannot edit evidence level, regulatory status, verification state, or unfavorable source notes.
03
Product and service evaluation

A practical check before relying on a claim.

The Hub publishes tools and source links, not “best product” rankings. Products and research interventions must be evaluated separately.

01

Identify the object

Is it a food, consumer product, wellness device, medical device, research device, service, or component? Record the declared intended use and jurisdiction.

02

Check the record

Use the relevant regulator database, standard issuer, or laboratory scope. A registration or listing does not automatically mean approval or validated efficacy.

03

Check the method

For dissolved hydrogen or gas output, ask for method, sampling time, temperature or container conditions, detection limit, uncertainty, and testing-lab scope.

04

Keep research separate

Do not infer that a product works because another intervention appears in a paper. Match intervention, dose, device, population, endpoint, and jurisdiction.
