Testing and labeling
How product measurements, methods, storage or operating conditions, and labels can be made comparable. A stated figure is not meaningful without the conditions and method that produced it.
Reading rule. A test result, standard, accreditation, or label only supports the exact object, method, scope, and condition it identifies. It does not automatically establish a health effect.
